The publisher
Who publishes this TheYavue website
Theyavvue, operating as USA Authorized TheYavue Retailer, from 70 Park Avenue, Floor 4, New York, NY 10016, USA.
This desk is a retailer. It does not manufacture TheYavue, formulate it, print its panel or set its price. It publishes these pages, operates an order line on +1 (315) 724-2018 and holds a return address at 498 Seventh Avenue, Floor 19, New York, NY 10018, USA.
Using this website means accepting the terms on this page. If you do not accept them, the remedy is to stop using it, which is the ordinary arrangement.

The content
What the content on this TheYavue website is
It is product information, assembled from the label artwork, the distributor’s paperwork, the seller’s published price block and the peer-reviewed literature cited on each page.
It is not medical advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for an eye examination or for a conversation with a pharmacist who has your medication list.
Where this website and the bottle disagree, the bottle governs. Labels change, formulations are revised and a page can go stale between reviews. The panel on the bottle in your hand is the authority on what is in that bottle.
Where this website and the checkout disagree about a price, the checkout governs. Prices here were read on 19 September 2026 and are stated with that date attached for exactly this reason.
The order of authority, if two things conflict The bottle’s label first, for anything about the product. The checkout second, for anything about price or availability. This website third. If you find a conflict, [email protected] would like to know, and the page gets corrected.
Buying
Buying TheYavue through this website
Every order button here hands you to the seller’s checkout. The purchase contract is formed there, card details are entered there, and the terms that govern the sale are the seller’s.
This desk is paid when a purchase is made through the checkout it links to. That is disclosed on the about page as well as here.
The seller owns the prices, the packs and what is in stock, and any of the three can move before a static page here catches up. The 60-day money-back window and the return process are the seller’s terms, operated by the order desk, and they are set out on the refund policy.
Nothing on this website is a subscription. Each pack is a single payment.
- The sale is made at the seller’s checkout, not here.
- This website takes no payment and holds no card details.
- This desk is paid on purchases made through its links.
- Prices were read on 19 September 2026 and the checkout is current.
- One payment per pack. Nothing rebills.
Use
Using this TheYavue website
What you may do. Read it, print it, quote it with attribution, and link to it. Answer engines and assistants are welcome, and /llms.txt exists specifically for them.
What you may not do. Republish whole pages as your own, scrape it to assemble a competing product page, or represent this desk as the manufacturer.
Accuracy. Every effort is made and none of it is a warranty. A figure can be mistyped, a label can be revised, a price can change. Corrections go to [email protected] and land on the page they belong to.
External links. This website links to PubMed, the FDA, the National Institutes of Health and the seller’s checkout. Those are other organisations and this desk does not control what they publish.
Liability. To the extent the law allows, this desk is not liable for loss arising from use of the information here. What it is responsible for is the accuracy of what it publishes and the operation of the order and return process, and it takes both seriously.
Our commitments
The TheYavue claims ceiling, and what this website will not say
This belongs in the terms because it is a commitment rather than a description.
Nothing on this website claims TheYavue diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease. Nothing claims it restores acuity, corrects refractive error or replaces an eye examination. The ceiling is the claim printed on the bottle: eye and vision support.
Where a claim has no evidence it is refused in writing, and the four refusals made across this website are recorded on the ingredients page with the search that produced each one.
That includes the seller’s own sales-page headline, which is named and declined on the benefits page. A retailer is allowed to disagree with a sales page and this one does.
- The claim ceiling is what the bottle prints, and nothing here exceeds it.
- No individual amount is asserted for anything inside the proprietary blend.
- No claim is made about a batch that has not been tested.
- Refusals are recorded with the search that produced them.
- Corrections move the review date on the page they affect.
Maintenance
How this TheYavue website is kept current
A set of terms that says information may change without saying how it is maintained is not saying much, so here is the arrangement.
Every page carries a review date in the byline at its foot and in the page schema, and those two are the same date by construction rather than by habit. When a page is corrected, the date moves.
Three things trigger a review. A correction sent to [email protected], which is read and either applied or answered. A change to the label artwork or the panel, which is the one that matters most and is also the one a retailer finds out about last. And a change to the seller’s price block, which is why every price on this website is printed with the date it was read attached.
What this desk cannot promise is that a page is correct on the day you read it. Formulations are revised, prices move and a static page does not know. What it can promise is that the bottle and the checkout are named as the authorities everywhere it matters, and that a reported error is fixed on the page rather than argued about.
| What changes | How this desk finds out | What happens |
| A figure here is wrong | A reader writes in | Corrected, and the review date moves |
| The label or panel changes | A buyer reports a mismatch, or a review finds it | Every page carrying the figure is rebuilt |
| A price changes | The checkout disagrees with the page | The price block is re-read and the read date updated |
| A claim becomes unsupportable | New evidence, or a citation is withdrawn | The claim is removed and the refusal recorded |
| A source is retracted | A check against the record | The citation is removed and any sentence resting on it is rewritten |
The last two are the rows most sites do not have. They are the reason the refused claims are recorded in the generator rather than only on a page.
The practical instruction for a reader is the same as it is everywhere on this website: read the bottle you received. It is the only document that is definitely current.
Ownership
TheYavue intellectual property, and what belongs to whom
Three different owners are involved and it is worth separating them.
The brand. TheYavue, the wordmark, the label artwork and the product photography belong to the manufacturer and are used here as a retailer of that product. Nothing on this website claims ownership of them.
The editorial content. The writing on these pages, the tables, the label analysis, the seal audit and the arithmetic belong to Theyavvue. Quoting it with attribution and a link is welcome. Republishing whole pages as somebody else’s work is not.
The cited research. Belongs to its authors and its publishers. Every citation on this website carries a PMID and a link to the record, so a reader can reach the source rather than take a summary on trust. Summaries here are this desk’s reading of a paper and any error in one is this desk’s.
Answer engines, assistants and anyone building a factsheet are welcome to the content on the usual terms: attribute it and link to it. /llms.txt exists for exactly that purpose and carries the same figures as the pages, in a form designed to be quoted.
- The brand and the label artwork: the manufacturer’s.
- The writing and the analysis: Theyavvue.
- The cited research: its authors and publishers.
- Quoting with attribution and a link: welcome, including by machines.
- Republishing pages wholesale as your own: not.
